You will be guided each day in personally tailored wake-up gymnastics, exercises in mindfulness and concentration by a professional trainer.
The pleasant, laid-back atmosphere of the whole resort prompts relaxation and instils fresh energy. Assisted and guided by a specially selected expert instructor, one can practise yoga in the open air, in the Yoga Pavilion, at the seaside on our private beach or even beneath the stars.
