Il San Corrado di Noto, a charming luxury resort in Sicily, nestled in the persuasive panorama of the Val di Noto. A noble farm - once owned by the Prince Nicolaci - becomes today an idyllic place, a beautiful resort built in surprising harmony with nature. Our collection of spacious suites and villas is designed to give the maximum level of well-being, stimulating a regenerating balance between mind and body. The relaxing and prestigious atmosphere manages to exalt the colours of the Sicilian tradition and the most modern and innovative comforts at the same time.
Space, silence, privacy and the opportunity to live a unique experience. Our original idea of luxury is based on a few concepts.
The 26 suites (2 with private pool), each with a large private patio, are the perfect synthesis between privacy and luxury details, between Sicily culture and tailored comforts, starting from all the essential services, carefully designed.
The 8 villas have a private pool and a total area of more than 250 square meters, an excellent location to watch the sunset, read a book, or sip a glass of superb local wine. Each villa represents an innovative definition of "luxury escape", a refined alcove where space and privacy are dimensions sealed by the precious silence. The authentic charm of Sicily is revealed in every detail and enhanced by the charming surrounding countryside: olive trees, palms and oranges draw a timeless fresco.
The great culinary tradition of Sicily lives through century-old influences from other countries and cultures - all the people who arrived in Sicily left something. Ciccio Sultano, our head chef, responsible for the food and beverage sector, owner of the 2 Michelin stars restaurant Duomo, in Ragusa Ibla, is today the greatest interpreter.
To sit at the table of one of the two restaurants means to begin a journey that starts from Noto, embraces the whole Sicily and speaks Italian. It is a complete experience where ancient flavours, sophisticated techniques, love for perfection and joie de vivre merge.
At the Gourmet Restaurant there will be a signature cuisine, built during a twenty-years long career, while at the Hosteria Grill the typical cuisine of a great island could be tasted, in one of his geographical variations.
An island of taste, blessed by nature, Sicily is also an island of wine, of big, very big labels that have a place of honour in our cellar, next to the best choices among Italian wines.
Design the perfect holiday, relax in a comfortable dimension and finally dedicate some time to yourself, regenerating physically, mentally and spiritually. We have designed an oasis capable of meeting the demands and desires of true sportspeople: at Il San Corrado di Noto it is possible to play tennis matches at the last set, stay fit inside the gym equipped with the best Technogym equipment, practice yoga with a professional instructor and indulge in the slow-flowing time inside the welcoming Spa (equipped with sauna, Turkish bath and spaces to relax).
Complimentary transfers take guests to Il San Corrado di Noto private beach club. The soft white beach meets the crystal clear waters of the sea, a mesmerizing views of one of the most beautiful stretches of the entire coast of Italy. Join us deep in the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated location ever.
From the embrace of the Sicilian countryside the birth of an exclusive oasis, where two different pools reflect a sun-kissed landscape.
On the north side of the resort, you will find the "One Hundred Blue" pool – a heated lap pool, unsurpassed for swimming and training. Its shape reminds the typical swimming pool built by the Greeks and Romans for athletic exercises, and it is dedicated to all the swimming enthusiasts.
Legendary travel destinations, the "cities of the late Baroque of the Val di Noto" have been declared UNESCO Heritage. Noto, the international capital of the Baroque style and the other towns (Caltagirone, Militello Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Ragusa and Scicli) were partially or completely rebuilt after the earthquake of 1693, following and defining the baroque style. Noto is, at the same time, the heart and the ideal starting point for a visit to the whole region.
